This is the fourth Columbus vitola that I try, and it’s probably the best of them all. From the Regular Line, I have tried the Churchill, the Short Churchill, and the Perfectos.
The Churchill vitola is the Columbus cigar I’ve been smoking more frequently. Their quality, price, and taste makes them great cigars to purchase in large quantities and share them with friends. In fact, it seems like they have naturally become our go-to cigars when we’re hanging out. Whether we’re having barbecue, we’re out camping, or we’re at a casual bar drinking, someone always has an extra Columbus with him.
If I’m having a long night, I personally like smoking different brands. I do not like smoking two of the same brand in succession. That’s not very enjoyable for me. My palate gets bored too quickly. But I have friends who enjoy lighting two or three Columbus Churchills or Short Churchills consecutively… I suppose it doesn’t matter what you’re smoking when you’re intoxicated, as long as you’re smoking something and you’re having a good time.
Now, coming back to the Columbus Silver, let me just say that it’s a good one and that you will feel like you’re smoking something premium.
We were camping in Baskinta, and the Columbus Silver Special S was the second cigar I light that night.
I was having vodka. Our laughs were loud and frank. And I saw a falling star.
