Deliberate, Creative Living
If you desire to live creatively and become the active author of your one life, even within real-world constraints, I can help you.
I listen to you, guide you, and help you connect deep reflection with practical action.
As a writer and author, I have always explored freedom, work, and personal meaning. And as an avid reader of philosophy, psychology, and social theory, and certified practitioner in positive psychology and applied neuroscience, I bring ideas from various fields and turn them into tools and systems you can use every day. Most importantly, I help you find your own system, so that you can live your life and not someone else’s.
Alongside my coaching practice, I lead complex project delivery for government entities, so I know the pressure of demanding environments firsthand. It’s not always easy, but it’s always possible. The methods I share with my clients are methods that I personally use daily.

“Chris was my writing coach for my first novel. At the time I had different ideas and needed direction. He gave me a safe space to express everything I had at heart without any judgment, while providing tailored exercises and insightful feedback. Working with Chris wasn’t just about developing my project; it also nurtured me as a writer. He recommended reading lists and shared examples of genres and styles that resonated with my own voice and helped me refine my expression. Chris is someone who truly listens. He created space for my ideas to unfold without imposing his own opinions or judgments. Through his listening, he knew exactly what was needed. His guidance brought greater clarity, concision to my work and strengthen my project, all while respecting and preserving my creative voice. “
— Nora Lebbos, Author and Artist
“Working with Chris on a research project in 2018 covering political changes in the Middle East following the 2003 invasion of Iraq was an exceptional and rewarding experience. Chris is genuinely committed to his clients’ success and generous in sharing his knowledge and extensive writing experience. His guidance undoubtedly helped me identify the target audience, shape the narrative, and choose the right research approach. It is not always easy to find someone of his caliber in Lebanon. Whenever I am asked to recommend someone to guide or review a research project, Chris is the first person who comes to mind.”
— Ziad Hariri
“Before my sessions with Chris, I had never met anyone who could sketch what’s in my mind and then show it to me to help me understand myself and my work better. For the first time in my life, I feel like I can truly express myself.”
