Affordable red wine. Easy to drink. To be consumed casually while enjoying Lebanese mezze. My wife and I emptied a whole bottle while having lunch with friends at Qortoba Baabdat. I got notes of red fruits, vanilla, plum, and cedar. I’d give it 64/100.
Name: Chateau Ainata – Rouge des Cèdres 2019 Type: Red Wine Grapes: Cabernet-Sauvignon, Syrah Year: 2019 Country: Lebanon Region: North Lebanon

It is a wine made to be consumed casually. I’ve had it on different occasions, and it’s not bad at all. Although it is an inexpensive wine, it has a lot of character. Expect hints of blackberry, capsicum, oak, and dried fruits.
