I’m not a big Cinsault fan, but I’ll give this one a 75/100. Apparently, it is a gold medalist and has won many awards. What I liked about it is its complexity. I got notes of raspberry, pomegranates, wood, and subtle hints of cayenne and black pepper.

Affordable red wine. Easy to drink. To be consumed casually while enjoying Lebanese mezze. My wife and I emptied a whole bottle while having lunch with friends at Qortoba Baabdat. I got notes of red fruits, vanilla, plum, and cedar. I’d give it 64/100.
