Have a Cigar: Avo Syncro Nicaragua Fogata Toro Tubo

Name: Avo Syncro Nicaragua Fogata Toro Tubo

Country: Dominican Republic

Shape: Parejo

Size: Toro (6 inches x 54)

Strength: Full

The Avo Syncro Nicaragua Fogata Toro is one of the best Avo cigars out there. I recently tried the Regional North Edition and the Regional South Edition. They are good, but they aren’t much when we compare them to the Fogata.

The Fogata is on another level. It is a full-bodied cigar with a complexity that begs your palate to solve a fascinating and piquant mystery. It is earthy with notes of petrichor, cedar, black pepper, cocoa, and dark roast coffee.

I really love this cigar. And I am happy that I was able to smoke one with my closest friend yesterday to celebrate the beginning of our new lives. We both got married this September…

We paired the Fogata with Glenmorangie Nectar d’Or, and what can I say? We couldn’t have asked for more.

Zino Platinum Davidoff Cigar with Macallan 12 Triple Cask Matured.

Have a Cigar: Zino Platinum Scepter Grand Master

Name: Zino Platinum Scepter Grand Master

Country: Dominican Republic

Shape: Parejo

Size: Robusto (5 1/2 inches x 52)

Strength: Medium

I paired the Zino Platinum Scepter Grand Master with The Macallan Triple Cask Matured 12 Years Old, and it was a big success. My palate was more than happy to experience this wonderful pairing. I could taste a harmony of notes, including creamy cappuccino, medium roast coffee, cedar, pink peppercorn, and leather.

The Zino Platinum Scepter Grand Master is a superb cigar, and I certainly have to keep some in my humidor.

Casa Turrent Miami Cigar Review

Have a Cigar: Casa Turrent Miami

Name: Casa Turrent Miami

Country: Mexico

Shape: Parejo

Size: Robusto (5 1/2 inches x 54)

Strength: Medium

Last month I tried the Casa Turrent Cuba, and I liked it. So, the other day I tried the Casa Turrent Miami.

I paired it with Fuller’s Imperial Stout and enjoyed the sunset. I had a friend over. We had a good time talking politics and complaining about the current situation in Lebanon. These days, there isn’t much else you can do. The country is already in a hopeless case. You can only drink and dance as the ship slowly sinks until it is wholly swallowed by the sea.
