One of my favorite Liga Privada cigars. I’m not sure if I like this one better or the UF-13. The Feral and the T52 are also great, of course. Hmm… What am I saying? Liga Privada is one of the top cigar brands out there.

The No. 9 is a well-constructed, full-bodied cigar that burns evenly, produces a lot of smoke, and offers great complexity. It’s faultless and beautiful, and it’s sad not to have it in one’s smoking repertoire.

Smoking a cigar at The Nest, Lebanon. The cigar is Casa Magna Colorado Gran Toro.

Took my wife out on a date to a rooftop restobar. With me, I took a new cigar and paired it with a reposado.

It was the first time I try the Casa Magna Colorado Gran Toro. It was impressive. I could taste the soil the farmers worked on. I could smell dark roast coffee and freshly baked bread. And the tequila I sipped on brought notes of cinnamon and spice to the surface.

The cigar burned gently as I enjoyed the view. I could see Beirut, but the humidity in the air made it a little blurry.

It was a nice night.

By the time I reached the final third of the cigar, it was time for us to go. I took a last draw and said goodnight to the world.
